Clinical Trials

A clinical trial sets out to provide research scientists and doctors with answers to specific questions in a clinical setting. The people who volunteer for clinical trials play an indispensable role in helping find better ways to prevent, diagnose or treat certain conditions and illnesses.

At Hunter Diabetes Centre, our research team is dedicated to improving such therapies by actively researching new medicines and methods through clinical trials. While our main focus is diabetes, we are investigating other areas of interest as well.

WE NEED YOU! This vital work cannot happen without volunteers.

You can have a direct impact on the success of research efforts around the world by participating in an ethics approved clinical trial.
